We analyze job applications that were sent to us as regards the job requirements and compliance with our values and needs.

Stage 1 - Interviews with chosen applicants

Applicants who fit the position description best will be interviewed by us in person.

Feedback after the interviews

After all the interviews are finished and Stage 1 is over, we provide feedback to every applicant, regardless of our decision.

Stage 2 - Meeting the Management Board of the company.

The chosen applicants will meet the Management Board to find out about mutual expectations and the organizational culture of the company.

Making the decision on hiring

After all the stages are over, we make a decision on hiring the best applicant.

Informing about the recruitment result

We will contact every applicant who made it to the final stage and inform them about our decision.
