K. which originates from REAL Włodzimierz Pospiech firm and which continues its operations, specializes in the construction of industrial facilities, logistic and commercial centres, as well as in the construction projects management, starting with selecting the land for a construction project, through design works, construction works, as-built works and ending with putting a facility into use.

Client's needs analysis
In the first stage, we deal with the identification of our client's needs. This includes meetings, which allow us to identify the client's needs, as well as offering them products or services tailored to their needs and expectations.

Selecting land for a construction project
After the identification of the client's needs, preferences and requirements, our company provides assistance in finding the right real estate and also in further purchasing of the land for a construction project. By doing so, we provide assistance to the investor in dealing with all kinds of formal and legal matters necessary to complete the purchasing transaction.

Design concept and collecting technical information
After stage 2 is completed or when the real estate is already owned by the investor, our company develops a design concept, which is based on technical information obtained from the investor, machine park owned, type and specification of a business and the investor’s general idea and preferences.

Design works
After the acceptance of an initial design concept, which is developed under information obtained, we can start drafting architectural and discipline-specific designs, which subsequently are submitted to a relevant authority in order to obtain the decision granting a construction permit.

Construction process
After obtaining the decision granting a construction permit, we start to prepare the land for the construction project. A number of construction and execution works are performed. Construction works are based on long-term experience, good engineering practice and current Occupational Health and Safety rules. Lastly, we obtain a building use permit and then we handover the building to the investor. The investor is actively involved in decision making and finding solutions in order to complete the construction project in the best possible way and maximizing all construction processes.

Warranty
and post-warranty services
As a reliable and trustworthy contractor, we offer warranty and post-warranty services after the handover of a facility to the investor, which means that we undertake to remove, free of charge, all defects and faults which will appear in the completed construction project within a specific time after its completion.
