Architectural Assistant
The scope of your duties will include
- designing industrial and commercial facilities,
- drafting designs, drawings and preparing the visualization of a building,
- participating in formal and legal procedures regarding obtaining necessary permits and administrative decisions,
- drafting architectural design in accordance with applicable provisions of law,
- cooperation with an investor, discipline-specific designers, appraisers and cost estimators,
- attending meetings, including coordination meetings,
- preferred working hours: from 7-8 am to 3-4 pm.
Our requirements
- completed architectural studies,
- knowledge of AUTOCAD program and MS OFFICE (WORD and EXCEL in particular),
- knowledge of the Polish construction law and technical requirements,
- category B driving license,
- creativity,
- ability to work in a team and individually,
- precision and diligence, as well as commitment to assigned tasks.
It will be highly appreciated to
- know designing programs and be able to make 3D visualizations,
- have building qualifications in the field of architecture.
