Our story started in 1998, when the current owner, with his head full of ideas, passion to construct and desire to develop, started his business in a small garage in response to the needs that existed in the market at that time. That was where first designs with great passion were drafted, first contracts were executed and a team of dedicated engineers was created.

In the course of time, thanks to perseverance, hard work, honesty and attention to every detail, the firm started to develop rapidly, at the same time expanding its workforce, gaining clients’ trust and reputation in the industry. The first registered office of our firm at ul. Łowiecka was then founded as well.

As a result of dynamic development of the firm and in order to meet the emerging needs both in the external market and inside the firm, in 2017 a new company, which took over the knowledge and resources of the sole proprietorship, was established. This change, which resulted in the establishment of REAL Leszno Sp. z o. o. Sp. K., allowed us to implement construction designs even more effectively and extend our offer, but it also facilitated further expansion of the firm and expanding its staff. As a result of continued development of the company, a new office building was constructed in the place of the current registered office, in which employees can now enjoy better working conditions.

We have come a long journey from the moment of starting the business until this day - a small, family-run firm has evolved into a strong business partner for both private construction projects and big, commercial ones. We still have the same priorities and we are guided by the same values, which we have had from the very beginning: quality, responsibility and respect for our clients, employees, subcontractors and people around us.

Our company has been developing from year to year. We employ new people, invest money in new equipment, improve different processes, and build positive relationships between our employees. All this is done not because we have to, but because we want to do things better.

As we look back, we are proud of our achievements and our journey in developing the company. We have completed construction projects with a total area exceeding 500 000 m2 during more than 25 years of the company’s operations. These are not only numbers, but also industrial facilities, contemporary logistic centres, and sturdy commercial buildings. Our designs combine functionality with a high standard of workmanship, as we believe that quality always stands by itself. This is what has been building our reputation for years, even more effectively than any advertising.

The credit for the present success of our company goes to the people. Every building constructed is the effect of cooperation between the employees who make up our team. Every one of them has skills, great knowledge, passion and is very committed - all these things are used by them at work in an efficient and thoughtful way.

We never stop expanding. The market is changing, expectations are growing, and we are growing as well.
